'Deadpool and Wolverine' Streaming Date Announced On Disney Plus Hotstar

Mumbai, October 31 - Marvel Studios and Disney's mega-blockbuster superhero movie Deadpool & Wolverine has set its streaming date in India. The film is directed by Shawn Levy and stars Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman in the title roles. ## Deadpool and Wolverine will start streaming on Disney Plus Hotstar on November 12 in English, Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil languages, 108 days after its theatrical release on July 26. It will also stream in the US on the same date on Disney Plus. ## The third instalment of the Deadpool franchise is the highest-grossing R-rated movie of all time with a worldwide box office collection of $1.33 billion. It is also the second highest-grossing film of 2024, after Disney/Pixar's Inside Out 2 ($1.69 billion).## In India, Deadpool 3 is the 7th highest-grossing Hollywood film ever with approximately $20 million (169 crores gross). It is by far the biggest Hollywood grosser of the year here and also the highest-grossing A-rated non-Indian title of all time. ## It is the 34th film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) and the sequel to Deadpool (2016) and Deadpool 2 (2018). Mumbai, August 16 - Marvel Studios and Disney's superhero comedy Deadpool and Wolverine has officially become the highest-grossing R-rated (equivalent to A-rating in India) movie of all-time at the worldwide box office, beating Warner Bros. Pictures' Joker. ## Starring Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman in the titular roles, Deadpool & Wolverine has earned $1.08+ billion globally so far, which takes it past Joker which had grossed $1.07 billion in its lifetime run. These two are the only R-rated movies to top $1 billion worldwide.## As reported earlier, Deadpool 3 is the first Disney-released Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) movie since Avengers: Endgame in 2019 to top $1 billion globally, and, it is also the first R-rated movie released by Disney.
