Los Angeles, February 22 - Last year, it was confirmed officially that Tom Holland would return to lead Spider-Man 4 and it was also revealed that Shang-Chi director Destin Daniel Cretton would take on the directing duties. ## Sony Pictures had scheduled this Marvel superhero movie for July 24, 2026, with filming to take place in the summer of this year. However, with the shoot yet to commence, the studio has pushed back the release date of the next Spider-Man movie by a week. ## The film will now be released on July 31, 2026.
