Transformers: Rise of the Beasts Trailer Sets Viewership Records In The First Week

Los Angeles, December 10 - The first trailer of the 7th installment in the Transformers film series, Transformers: Rise of the Beasts was launched last week and it has become one of the most viewed trailers of all time. ## Directed by Steven Caple Jr., the trailer of this science fiction action film garnered a whopping 494 million views globally, cross-platform in the first week. The viewership numbers include 238 million on day one alone, which is the highest ever in Paramount Pictures' history. ## The 238 million views in the first 24 hours are the 4th highest-ever after the "Avengers: Endgame" trailer (268 million), the first "Avengers: Endgame" trailer (289 million), and the first trailer to Sony's "Spider-Man: No Way Home" (355.5 million).## According to The Wrap, the trailer has been shared nearly 400,000 times to date, while the official TikTok post of the trailer from the ParamountPics TikTok account is the most-shared published in the calendar year 2022 by any studio-wide or film-specific TikTok account.## The film will center around three factions of Transformers tied to Earth's past. Paramount Announced A New 'Transformers' Trilogy Starting With 'Rise of the Beasts'

Mumbai, February 16 - Paramount Pictures has announced a new trilogy in the Transformers franchise, starting with "Transformers: Rise of the Beasts". The studio, during a virtual press event in June last year, had confirmed the 7th installment in this highly popular franchise, and now, the company has confirmed that "Rise of the Beasts" will start a new trilogy. ## The studio originally launched the Transformers movie franchise in 2007 with Micahel Bay directing and Shia LaBeouf starring. After five main films in the series, Paramount delivered a reboot film, "Bumblebee" in 2018. The new trilogy of the main series is kicking off in 2023 with "Rise of the Beasts", which takes place between Bumblebee and the Michael Bay movies. ## As announced by Paramount last year, the forthcoming Transformers movie will be different from its previous films in many ways. It will include robots who transform themselves into animal forms like gorillas, falcons, and rhinoceros. "Transformers: Rise of the Beasts" will be set in the year 1994 and will narrate the backstory of Optimus Prime. ## On Wednesday (Feb. 16), Paramount revealed its further plans during its Investor Day presentation regarding shows and movies. The studio also confirmed all its movies, starting from 2024, will exclusively be streaming on Paramount+ after their theatrical run. Paramount Pictures Unveils Title And Plot Details Of 7th Installment Of Transformers Movie

Los Angeles, June 23, 2021: Paramount Pictures is all set to take the Transformers franchise to the next level with its seventh installment. During a virtual press event, Paramount revealed that the 7th film in the Transformers franchise will be titled - Transformers: Rise of the Beasts, indicating something beastly. ## The forthcoming Transformers movie will be different from its previous films in many ways. Directed by Steven Caple Jr., who last directed Creed II, Transformers: Rise of the Beasts will include robots who transform themselves into animal forms like a gorilla, falcon, and rhinoceros. ## "There are different breeds of Transformers. In our particular film, they are prehistoric animals who travel through time and space, and we find them here on Earth", said Caple revealing that Optimus Prime will be the film's main hero and that the fan-favorite character will appear in his G1 form. ## The main villain will be named Scourge, who has 'big clawed hands and smoking exhaust ports on his shoulders. Scourge takes the symbols from his victims and fuses them onto his body as trophies. The movie will also feature Anthony Ramos and Dominique Fishback in the lead human roles. Ramos will essay the role of a Brooklyn-based ex-military electronics expert while Fishback will be portrayed as an artifact researcher in the film. ## Transformers: Rise of the Beasts will be set in the year 1994 and will narrate the backstory of Optimus Prime.
